Can I change something about my order?
Once you have placed your order, we offer a 30 minute window for any order amendments.

Royal Mail Second Class Free: 3 - 7 working days not including weekends or bank holidays
You can choose to upgrade to Royal Mail First Class or Royal Mail Tracked and Signed 48 at check out for a small fee.
COVID-19 - Due to the current situation with COVID-19, shipping is taking longer across the UK, so please allow some extra time for your order to arrive.
International Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We would recommend opting for a Tracked and Signed service as we can not be held liable for anything that gets lost in transit when shipped with Standard shipping.
All items shipped overseas and incurring any customs charges will be payable by the customer.
Has my order been shipped?
We will send a despatch confirmation email once we have shipped your order. Please check your spam and junk folders as sometimes these are incorrectly filtered by certain email providers.
What if my order is late or delayed?
If you have not received your order after 10 - 14 working days from the day of your despatch email then please get in touch by sending us an email at email@example.com
What if my parcel arrives damaged?
We’re really sorry to hear that your package has arrived damaged. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be able to assist you.
Can I get a refund?
We offer a 30 day policy for refunds and all gifts must be returned unused, in the same condition you received them and in the original packaging. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your goods.

Can I send multiple boxes to multiple addresses?
Yes of course, please place separate orders and don't forget Royal Mail Second Class postage is free.
How will my box be packaged and delivered?
We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging and that everything we use is environmentally friendly. All gifts are presented in a premium Little Leopard branded keepsake box, hand wrapped in tissue paper with an option to include a personalised handwritten message.
Our default postage method is Royal Mail Second Class. However, at checkout we offer the option to upgrade to Royal Mail First Class. If you would like to use a tracked service then please drop us an email via firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange this.
